After signing up, you need to log in to your account. You need to verify your email id in order to continue further.


Creating New Project


On the main screen, you need to follow these steps:


  1. Click on "Add New Project".
  2. Enter "Name of Project""Domain of Project", "Version of Google" and select the option "Domain or specific URL" for which you to track the rankings.
  3. Select the checkbox "SEO/PPC/GMB" now, as per your requirement.
  4. Connect your "Google Analytics", "Search Console", for SEO, "Google Ads Account" for PPC and 
  5. "GMB Account" account for GMB Dashboard. You can skip this step, in case, you do not have details. You can connect the same later in the Settings > Integrations section.
  6. Further, for SEO Dashboard, set up your "Keywords Rank Tracker Settings" by selecting "Google version", "Location" from where you want to track the results, otherwise, you can skip this step.
  7. Next, do select either "Desktop" or "Mobile", the device for which you want to track the rankings.
  8. Now, select the preferred "Language".
  9. Click on "Finish".


Once the SEO/PPC/GMB Dashboard has been set up, you can further customise it by setting up other details as follows:


Go to Project Settings


General Settings


  1. Add your Website logo, Start date, location, Name, URL and Client name.
  2. If you wish to set up, SEO, PPC and GMB dashboards at later stage, you will find the option to turn on the same here.
  3. You can also customise the Summary here for the SEO dashboard.


White-Label


You can also White-Label your Reports by entering these details :


Add your Agency Logo, Name, Owner Name, Phone no. and Email.


Integration


You can integrate "Google Analytics", "Search Console" anytime by following these steps:


  1. Open "Project Settings"
  2. Click on "Integrations"
  3. Click on Connect for "Google Analytics" and "Search Console" respectively.
  4. Select the Account, Property and View accordingly.
  5. Add your Analytics Accounts, Property and View accordingly.
  6. Click "Save"


Similarly, you can integrate "Google Ads" anytime by following these steps:


  1. Open "Project Settings"
  2. Click on "Integrations"
  3. Click on Connect for Google Ads Integration.
  4. Add your Google ads account and select the campaign accordingly.
  5. Click "Save".


Alsoyou can integrate "GMB" anytime by following these steps:


  1. Open "Project Settings"
  2. Click on "Integrations"
  3. Click on Connect for GMB Integration.
  4. Add your Google My Business account and select the campaign accordingly.
  5. Click "Save".


Table Settings (Live Keyword Tracking)


You can customise the real table view of the Rank Tracking Section here.


You can show and hide the different table columns at your convenience.



Alerts Settings


You can get the alerts directly to the manager's email or client's email whenever there is a change in the rankings for the keywords entered in the dashboard

Adding Keywords to Rank Tracking Section at the later stage


You can add keywords anytime by following these steps:


  1. Go to the dashboard and scroll to the "Live Keyword Tracking" section.
  2. Click on "Add Keywords".
  3. Add the list of keywords.
  4. You can select the option "Domain or specific URL" for which you to track the rankings.
  5. Here, the rest of the details such as "Google version", "Location", "Device" and "Language" will be prefilled, if you have already set up at Step 3 while creating the project. Otherwise, you can add these here.
  6. "Turn on the toggle" if you do not want to track "Local Listings"
  7. Click on "Finish".
